Evolution kit
The Evolution kit is a new automated pumping over system for the vinification of red wines, produced and patented by GIMAR. It combines a great adaptability and economic convenience with efficiency and a compact size, making the application of the GIMAR technologies straightforward and effective.
It is a complete kit that can be adapted to storage tanks, fermentation tanks, concrete containers and wooden vats. It enables programmable, completely automatic preset cycles to be run to completely renew the must in contact with the cap of grape marc, while simultaneously aerating it with the OXYCONTROL system.
The control panel is based on the CONTROLWINE electronic board and is also ready for VINISUPERVISION programmable remote control.
